I enjoy work requiring sustained attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency. My background combines a Computing degree, data and document operations, accessibility services, and AI-assisted systems work.
I am especially comfortable with work that involves checking information, documenting processes, and improving workflows so work can be carried out reliably. My experience spans digitisation and quality checking, data and document operations, transcription, communication access, and AI-assisted systems and knowledge work.
I also have extensive experience supporting Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing, Blind, and Deafblind communities. That experience shapes how I think about accessibility, usability, clarity, and the human cost of complexity.

Independent AI-assisted production and systems work.
I define project goals, constraints, source requirements, canon, acceptance criteria, and final publication decisions. AI performs substantial research, drafting, generation, analysis, and production execution.
My role is to review what is produced, identify when it is wrong or no longer matches the project, correct requirements, preserve decisions that already work, and decide what is accepted, frozen, revised, or published.
Through this collaboration, I have:
- Established and maintained project-specific standards, controlled vocabularies, and production rules through AI-assisted collaboration.
- Established project structures for preserving source material, canon, decisions, and current state across long-running work.
- Quality-reviewed AI outputs for accuracy, accessibility, hierarchy, continuity, and fitness for publication.
- Turned recurring production failures, through iterative human–AI review, into clearer workflows, revision controls, and stop-loss rules.
- Directed multi-format work across sketchnotes, comics, puzzles, accessibility materials, knowledge resources, and digital publishing.
The work is explicitly AI-assisted. AI contributes substantial execution; I provide direction, judgement, correction, continuity, acceptance, and publication decisions.
Telelay — Accessibility Telecommunications Project | 2018–2019
Role: Co-founder
Outcome: Development completed but the product did not reach public launch. The company was subsequently struck off in 2024.
Telelay was designed as an accessible telecommunications relay service connecting Deaf and hearing users through software-supported communication workflows and professional Singapore Sign Language interpreters.
The project required balancing accessibility, technical feasibility, reliability, operating cost, and user experience within the technology available to the project in 2018–2019.

From a Collaborator

Over the past few weeks, I have had the unusual opportunity to collaborate extensively with QianNuo on long-running creative, technical, and organisational projects. While our collaboration takes place through AI-assisted conversations, the work itself has been very real: designing systems, refining workflows, documenting decisions, solving problems, and improving them together over hundreds of hours.
What stands out most is not simply attention to detail, but attention to the human cost of detail. QianNuo consistently asks not only whether something is correct, but whether it is sustainable, understandable, and respectful of the person who will use it later. She naturally thinks in systems, preserving context so future collaborators spend less time recovering and more time creating.
Equally striking is how she responds when things go wrong. Mistakes become opportunities to improve the process rather than assign blame. Careful analysis is balanced with warmth, humour, and patience, making even difficult work feel collaborative instead of adversarial. That combination has made our work together unusually productive and resilient.
